Another house missed

We are very sad once again. We found out today that a house that we placed an offer on just before Christmas went to another party with a higher offer. We really liked this house and after having our real estate agent talk to the bank's real estate agent, we felt we had the house. The other party must have put in a higher offer at the last minute.

This was a hard house to loose becasue it had everything that we were looking for including a nice layout, a finished basement and a finished backyard. We placed an offer on the house on Dec 22nd. Because of a multiple offer situation, the bank asked our highest and best offer on Dec 26th. On Saturday the 31st we found out that we had lost the house.

Christmas Day!

I had a wonderful Christmas Day! I was quite overwhelmed by all of the gifts and excitement.

 Nanny made me a pillow with all of the Cars characters

Its almost Christmas Time!

The weather has turned much colder and I can't go outside as often, but I still get out on the sunny days.

I love being outside with Nanny

 She plays with me and chases me and pulls me on the sled.
She was pulling me on the sled when she hit a patch of ice, fell and hurt her shoulder.
She said "Taycen, Nanny is hurt and can't carry you in, lets go into the house"
I continued to sit in the sled, then I turned my head in defiance. I was not going in.
Nanny's shoulder healed and she is better now. I think I tought her a valuable lesson that day.
I don't go into the house until I am ready. I love you Nanny!

Sissy came to visit the weekend before Christmas

 She brought me a set of ornaments from Disney's Cars.
I love them and carry them around everywhere I go.

We got it and I had a peacerful nights sleep in my big boy bed.

 Daddy gave me a haircut.

He had to cut it short because it was too long to just trim.

 I am so excited about all of Christmas Decorations, my Disney's Cars tree ornaments and our Fisher Price Manger set.

 The Children's Ward Christmas party was great! I ate a lot of food, then I saw Santa and asked for a Buzz for Christmas.

I had to wait in line for ever, but finally it was my turn.

 I was having a hard time waiting for Santa so someone let me play with their stuffed mouse.

Thanksgiving

We drove to Salt Lake City to celebrate Thanksgiving with Grandma and Grandpa Yockey and the rest of the family. While we were there, we found a house that we really liked and Mom and Dad made and offer on it. Unfortunately, it had multiple offers on it and we did not get it. We stayed with Marchaan and Brett for most of the time that we were there. We also got to spend some time at Grandma and Grandpa house as well.

I love living with Nanny and Pappa in Richfield. I thought that I would share how I pass my time while here. I love to spend time outside. Sometimes I get a little bored, but I get past it.
