Welcome to the world Cambry

Cambry Joan was born on Friday, July 27th, 2012 at 7:27 PM at the University of Utah. She weighed 7 lbs. 7 oz. and was 19.5 inches long.

July 24th is a State holiday in Utah and is almost as big as the 4th of July. We headed down to Nanny and Papa's house for the celebrations. We watched the parade as it passed in front of Nanny and Papa's house. We also enjoyed all of the family and friends that came and watched it with us on the front lawn.

July 4th 2012

We went down to Nanny and Papa's house in Richfield for the 4th of July and Dad's birthday. All of the Wilkinson family was there, so it was a good reunion. After dinner, on the 3rd of July, Aunt Beth and Sheri had organized games. We played a smash the can race, a dress up marathon, a water transfer decathlon, and a water balloon toss/water fight. On the 4th, we went to the Parade in Richfield, then to the city park for the party on the park. Later that night we watched some local fireworks.

There was a time limit and each person had to completely smash as many cans as possible.

The first team will all of their cans smashed won.

Jair's Baby Blessing

On Sunday, July 1st, Jair received his baby blessing administered to him by his dad. During his blessing, Jair was blessed with a good temperament, health and strength, and that he would be able to gain a testimony of Jesus Christ, of his gospel, and teachings.He was blessed that he would be able to gain this testimony of Jesus Christ, of the gospel, and of the truthfulness of the church early in his years and that it would be a strength to him all of his live. He was blessed that he will have the knowledge that Heavenly Father loves him and that he will always be there for him. He was also blessed that when the time comes, he would be able to find a companion who he could be sealed to for time and eternity in the temple. He was also blessed with great success in this life, both spiritual and temporal.
