Nov 2013 (Taycen 4 yr 1 mo Jair 1 yr 9 mo)

November was a beautiful month. No snow, warm weather, and lots of sun. The boys played hard and before we knew it, it was Thanksgiving. We hosted Thanksgiving dinner at our house. Before we ate, Grandma Yockey had a photographer come and take family photos.

Family Photos Nov 2013

On Thanksgiving Day, Grandma Yockey arranged for a photographer to come and take pictures of all of the families and a large group photo as well. It was a lot of fun. We were all dressed in sweaters, but it was a very warm day, so standing in the sun was difficult. The pictures were taken at our house and around the back in our neighbors yard. They turned out nicely.

Sept 2013 (Taycen 3 yr 11 mo Jair 1 yr 7 mo)

Taycen's first day of pre-school was Wednesday Sept 4th. He was so excited to go. "see ya Mom" as he took the teachers hand and went to class. What a big boy. When Natalie picked him up he had a sucker, so Jair wanted one too. He had a backpack, so Jair wanted one too. We picked up a Power Wheels Barbi Mustang since the green Jeep was a little to big for the boys. Taycen and Jair love to ride in the car since it is lower to the ground and they feel secure in it. It didn't take long for Dad to change it from pink to black and now it is awesome.

 I forgot to take a photo of the finished car, so I will take one and post it.

Picture taken in June 2014, the day that Taycen learned to ride his bike. Jair wanted to do something too, so he drove the Mustang. He is still too little, as you can see, the car is stuck in the grass. Jair is watching Taycen pedal his bide. Although it is a little dusty from being parked all winter, we are happy how the new paint job on the Mustang turned out.
